Steve and I would like to take this opportunity to say how very much we appreciate everything you and the owners of Kitchens at the Denver did to help us resolve the issues with the Dacor ovens. Kitchens at the Denver went beyond what we typically see in businesses here in the US and it was so refreshing to see a company take the position to fully support their customer. The end result would not have been the same without your concern and commitment to follow through.
It is apparent that Dacor's support group severely lacks the fundamentals of business and customer service and failed to act responsibly. I believe, unfortunately the Dacor name will suffer as a result.
I look forward to having the Wolf ovens in my kitchen and I know I will enjoy them for many years to come. The Wolf has an impressive look and great features.
It was a delight to work with you Chris, Kitchens at the Denver is an exceptional company that I will recommend to anyone making purchases for their kitchen.
